1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Brazuca app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Community rules
Use the Service with respect. Posting illegal, discriminatory or misleading content, spam, fake housing or job listings, or harassing other members is prohibited. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules without prior notice.
4. Content you post
You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and distribute that content within the Service. You confirm you have the right to post what you share.
5. Listings, events and businesses
Brazuca is a platform: we are not a party to transactions between members, employers, housing listers or listed businesses. We verify business owners and moderate posts, but we don't guarantee the accuracy of listings or the quality of third-party services. Do your own due diligence before paying, signing or moving.
6. Tickets and payments
Tickets for paid events are sold by the organiser. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. Service fees are shown before you confirm. Refunds follow the organiser's policy, except where the law requires otherwise.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brazuca is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the Service or from interactions with other members.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new terms.
