Brazuca is what we call each other when we're far from home
"Brazuca" is how Brazilians refer to Brazilians abroad. It's the word in the WhatsApp group name, on the game-day jersey, in the queue at the consulate. We chose it because the app exists for one thing: to make a new city feel a little more like ours.
Our mission
Give every Brazilian living abroad a place to find their people: friends, events, businesses, work and housing, in Portuguese and with trust.
The story
Brazuca was born from the immigrant experience. We arrived knowing no one and learned the hard way how to open a bank account, rent a room, find a doctor and where to buy cassava flour. Every answer was scattered across dozens of groups, and half of them were out of date.
So we built what was missing: an app where the Brazilian community in each city meets, helps each other and does business, with real verification and no algorithm deciding what you see.
