Brazuca.

Privacy policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

1. Summary

We collect the minimum needed for Brazuca to work, we don't sell your data, and you can delete your account whenever you like. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and the privacy law of the country where you use the Service.

2. What we collect

Account data (name, email, photo and city), content you post (posts, reviews, listings, events), usage data (screens visited, interactions, device information) and, if you opt in, approximate location to show content near you. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers.

3. How we use it

To run the Service, show content from your city, verify accounts and businesses, moderate the community, send notifications you choose, prevent fraud and improve the product. We don't use your data for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Providers that help us operate (hosting, email, payments, analytics), under contract and only for the purposes above. Other members, for whatever you choose to make public on your profile and posts. Authorities, when required by law.

5. Storage and security

Data is held with reputable cloud providers, encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep data while your account exists and for up to 90 days after deletion, unless the law requires longer retention.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent, directly in the app or by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 15 days.

7. Minors

Brazuca is not intended for anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect data from children. If you learn of a minor's account, tell us and we'll remove it.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll notify you through the app or by email before the change takes effect.
